Hi, I’m Andrea Rubik

I’m a strategic marketing leader and digital polymath who turns complex strategy into business growth. I’ve led digital and product marketing across SaaS, tech, agencies, and global brands, building growth engines, fixing broken funnels, and scaling teams through data-informed execution. I’m the founder of Resyfy, an AI SaaS for managing achievements across modern, non-linear careers, and I currently serve as Board President of Women in Digital Switzerland.
