Hi, I’m Andrea Rubik
I'm a Strategic Marketing Executive, and I spend most of my time helping companies navigate something genuinely new: the economic transition of marketing. That means moving from a world where teams use AI tools to one where they orchestrate AI workforces. It's a different kind of leadership, and it's where I do my best work.
My approach is rooted in a PhD in Business Economics and years of hands-on experience in growth, GTM strategy, and change management. What that means in practice: I bring clarity where there's uncertainty, and I build systems that let companies scale revenue and thought leadership without simply scaling headcount.
Outside of client work, I founded Resyfy, an AI platform that helps professionals track their achievements and navigate careers that no longer follow a straight line. And as Board President of Women in Digital Switzerland, I'm committed to making future-ready leadership and digital literacy accessible to a wider community of people who deserve it.
I believe marketing is an innovation-driving engine that builds strategic and organizational resilience for sustainable growth in a fast-changing world.
The Work
Marketing is changing faster than most organizations can absorb. I help technology and SaaS companies get ahead of that curve rather than react to it.
My work centers on building growth engines that decouple revenue from headcount. That means designing agentic workflows where AI and human creativity work in concert, enabling high-velocity execution without the cost and complexity of scaling teams linearly.
I bring a particular strength to what I call Technical-to-Trust narratives: the work of closing the gap between a complex, innovative product and genuine market authority. Many great products are undersold because the story hasn't caught up with the technology. That's where I come in.

Grounded in years of cross-industry experience and a deep practice in change management, I don't just help companies adapt to the AI era. I help them architect the systems to lead it.


















What I Believe
In an era of AI-driven noise, the greatest competitive advantage is clarity. Marketing is no longer just a lead-generation function. It is an innovation-driving engine that builds organizational resilience, and it needs to be led that way.
My philosophy is rooted in three convictions that shape everything I do.
True scale comes from decoupling growth from headcount. The companies that win in the AI era won't be the ones that hire fastest. They'll be the ones that orchestrate agentic systems most intelligently, combining autonomous execution with human creativity and judgment.
In a technical world, trust is the only currency. The best products don't always win. The ones with the clearest, most compelling narrative do. Bridging the gap between complex innovation and genuine market authority is some of the most important work a marketing leader can do.
Change is not something to be managed; it is something to be architected. Every GTM strategy I build is designed as a living system: one that balances autonomous execution with human-in-the-loop governance, and holds up not just at launch but over time.
AI scales execution. Humans architect meaning. The companies that understand the difference will own the next decade.
