Dr. Andrea Rubik is a marketing and business executive working at the intersection of marketing, strategy, innovation, and change management. She holds two master's degrees in Marketing and Organizational Management and earned her Ph.D. in Business Economics.
Andrea's experience spans different marketing and strategy management functions within a 20-year track record of marketing excellence that combines brand management and marketing with strategic planning and business growth.
Since 2016 Andrea has worked with founders and entrepreneurs with a proven process for designing clarity for marketing strategy and organizational narrative, turning them into growth and revenue-generating outcomes. She provides contract-role growth marketing services, partnering with startups, SaaS companies, and a new generation of SMBs.
With entrepreneurial vision, creativity, and flair for innovation strategies, she has been responsible for marketing, branding, digital, strategy, and consulting activities across multiple countries and cultures for enterprises, management consulting, start-ups, and leading teams on the agency side. She worked and lived in 9 countries on three continents. Currently lives in Zurich and Zagreb, working in the EU, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, and Asia.
