Andrea Rubik
Marketing Rewired・Fractional CMO & Advisor・Founder, Resyfy AI

Hi, I’m Andrea Rubik
I’m a Fractional CMO and Strategic Marketing Advisor, and the creator of Marketing Rewired: a new way of thinking about marketing as an innovation engine, not simply a communication or growth function. → Explore Marketing Rewired
My work sits at the intersection of marketing, innovation, and change. With a PhD in Business Economics and years of experience in growth, GTM strategy, and organizational change, I work with leadership teams to rethink how marketing creates value, adapts to change, and drives sustainable growth.
The methodology behind Marketing Rewired is REWIRE: Reframe, Explore, Work, Integrate, Resilience, and Evolve. It turns the idea into a practical way to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, experiment, connect marketing to the wider organization, and build the capabilities to keep evolving.
I’m also the founder of Resyfy, an achievements vault and AI career assistant.
Marketing Rewired
I don’t start with the marketing plan. I start with what has changed. Using the REWIRE Method, I work with leadership and marketing teams to rethink assumptions, spot emerging opportunities, experiment with new ways to create value, and connect marketing more closely to the wider organization.
Reframe → Explore → Work → Integrate → Resilience → Evolve
The goal isn't simply better campaigns or more efficient marketing. It's to build a marketing function that can detect change, create value, adapt, and drive sustainable growth. That is the shift I call Marketing Rewired: from marketing as a communication function to marketing as an innovation-driving engine.

What I Believe
In a world shaped by AI, constant disruption, and changing customer behavior, marketing should not simply respond to change. It should help organizations understand it, act on it, and evolve through it. Three convictions shape my work:
Growth should not depend on headcount. The opportunity is to combine AI-enabled execution with human creativity, judgment, and strategic thinking.
Trust is built through clarity. The more complex the technology, the more important the narrative. Great products need a clear path from technical innovation to market understanding and authority.
Change needs to be designed, not just managed. Marketing should operate as a living system: one that experiments, learns, integrates with the wider organization, and continuously evolves.
