Hello, my name is Andrea Rubik. I am a marketing executive leader who has spent two decades in advertising, marketing, and communication, having worked with great companies like Grey and Telenor and startups like ShareDocView and Wix. Passionate about driving growth and impact, I bring a unique approach that blends data-driven growth marketing with change management (Ph.D.) to craft marketing and communication initiatives and achieve targeted results.

As a tech enthusiast with an entrepreneurial mindset, I took a leap in co-founding iPyro and Odit. Moreover, my curiosity and research led me to build Resyfy, an AI tool designed to manage career valuables and achievements to seize opportunities for longer, multistage careers.

Beyond my professional roles, I have contributed as a Board Member of the Association of Communications Agencies and now serve as President of Women in Digital Switzerland. My achievements include advertising industry awards and being honored with the Women in Marketing Global Award for outstanding consultancy in marketing.
